Don’t delay calling 911 if you suspect a heart attack

Everyone of us has a busy life. So many things to do all the time. Chores never stop at home, especially if you have kids or an animal. What would it take for you to stop everything you are doing if you suspect that you are experiencing some symptoms of a heart attack? Many of us would say i would call 911 immediately. Unfortunately that doesn’t happen all the time and many chose to delay seeking medical attention. Many people contemplate calling 911 not wanting to “cry wolf” or embarrass themselves if it wasn’t a real heart attack. Don’t get too worried about everything else and leave yourself out of the picture. You make the picture and without you nothing is worth it. Take care of yourself.

• Pick active outings. Instead of going to the movies, visit a zoo or museum where you can walk around while being entertained. http://ow.ly/i/o2i1
